  1. Customer Quality Engineer (CQE)客户质量工程师

    This position is responsible for customer quality issue, and supporting all customer QA data requests.

    Responsibilities岗位职责:

  • Provide and manage customers RFIs (Request for Information), by facilitating cross-department supports as needed.组织跨部门的合作,提供和管理客户需求信息

  • Manage all quality database, including data collection and analysis. Use statistical analysis methods if required.管理所有质量相关数据库,包括数据收集和分析,必要时使用统计工具对数据进行汇总分析

  • Update customers the status of quality issues or track actions, schedules, and owners to maintain cycle time and deliveries on progress for any requests. 更新客户的质量问题,跟踪发展状态,安排,进度

  • Work with IT group to develop and maintain internal and customer system.IT部门合作开发和维护内外部系统

  • Generate and review weekly/monthly/quarterly update Reports to problem-solving teams and management.向管理层和解决问题的团队提供每周/每月/季度更新报告

  • Help define preventive actions for RMA root causes, and support/management on 8D, CAR projects.协助制定客户退货原因分析、预防行动计划,协助/管理8D,纠正预防措施等其他项目

  • Support senior staff and management on other assigned tasks.协助完成部门其他项目

    Requirements岗位要求:

  • Knowledge of IC quality, JEDEC testing methods and standards.熟悉集成电路质量知识, JEDEC测试方法和标准

  • Understanding of statistical and engineering skills to enable interaction with various engineers.熟悉统计学和工程知识

  • Strong English skills, to clearly organize and articulate information and persuasively deliver difficult information internally and to customers.较强的英文能力,能清晰准确将信息传递给内部和外部客户

  • Knowledge of ISO standard, Quality Systems, RMA/8D reports, key aspects of fab and assembly, especially those contributing to customer issues.具备ISO标准,质量体系,RMA8D报告,晶元和封装特性等知识,了解其他有助于客户的问题的知识

  • Experience of using IT software systems for reporting in semiconductor有使用IT软件系统进行半导体分析的经验

      

    2Sales Operations Specialist

    本岗位要求精通Excel,熟练使用Excel建模及数据分析。

    Responsibilities:

    1.Build up the model for customer forecast/demand and on-time delivery analysis;

    2.Set up Pre-warning System to management for business performance tracking or decision making;

    3.Lead efforts to improve other processes that enable improved Sales Operation process e.g. improving order management and customer commit processes;

    4.Lead root cause problem solving on key exceptions and identify ideas to improve respective processes of forecasting, planning and scheduling. Manage the improvement ideas pipeline;

    5.Set up a reasonable mode for internal operation and improve business process to ensure an efficient information flow;

    6.Provide other technical support to sales operation team in case of any needs;

    7.Perform upper management instruction on time, on target;

      

      

    Requirement

    1.Computer skills in Microsoft applications; Strong MS Excel competency is required.

    2.Strong organizational, planning, control, coordination and interpersonal skills, adaptability;

    3.A clear systematic & analytical thinker, who is process orientated, customer-oriented and strong sense of responsibility;

    4.Be familiar with modeling for sales operation management;

    5.Fluent in English speaking, writing, reading and listening;
